We worked closely with the designers and development team to produce comprehensive 3D visualizations of Marina Resort Cavtat. More than presentation tools, these visuals were integral to the design process, helping test ideas, refine scale, and align the vision across disciplines.
The work clearly communicated the resort’s waterfront concept, from residences and hotel and spa to the promenade and marina, while conveying the lifestyle, quality, and ambition of this premier Adriatic destination near Dubrovnik.

To Discover
Our visualizations played a central role in the Cavtat Discovery Center. Beyond imagery, the work informed the physical model, large-scale installations, and marketing video that passively communicates the full scope of the project.
As part of the experience, we developed a concept for an interactive virtual tour that allows prospective buyers to explore the resort dynamically, extending the experience well beyond the space itself.

Every Level
The visualization scope ranged from large-scale aerials that establish the master plan to intimate views of personalized seaside villas. Each of the 10 villas was uniquely modeled to reflect Adriatic architecture, landscape, and topography.
Together with street-level scenes, landscape integration, and lifestyle moments, the imagery conveys scale, privacy, spatial flow, and daily life, presenting Marina Resort Cavtat as a cohesive environment rather than a collection of buildings.

Our imagery and film work played a central role in highlighting the marina’s regenerative design, architectural integration, and smart‑technology vision.
By presenting these features with clarity and emotional impact, the visuals helped stakeholders and award judges immediately understand the project’s ambition and environmental commitment, contributing to the recognition Marina Resort Cavtat received with the International Smart and Sustainable Marina Award in Monaco.
