Our campaign video process is flexible and scalable, tailored to fit your goals—whether it’s a 3D animation, live-action shoot, or a combination of both. Here’s a general overview:
 
1. Kickoff & Discovery (Weeks 1–2)
We begin by defining your objectives, audience, and success metrics. We gather references, brand assets, and any available content, then develop a creative concept, draft storyboard, and initial shot or animation list.
 
2. Pre-visualization & Draft Development (Weeks 3–6)
During this phase, we create early drafts—this could include a rough animation, mood cut, or scene previews. We review with you to align tone, pace, and visuals.
 
3. Production (Weeks 7–8)
This is where we capture any necessary footage—on the ground, in-studio, or via drone—and build out final animation scenes. We also integrate voiceover, music, and motion graphics as needed.
 
4. Post-Production & Finalization (Weeks 9–10)

The final edit brings everything together: polished visuals, refined motion, titles, and sound design. We include at least one revision round before delivering the final cut in your preferred formats.

Most projects take 6–10 weeks from kickoff to delivery, depending on complexity. A video involving both animation and filming typically spans 8–10 weeks, with built-in time for feedback and refinements. Simpler edits or social cutdowns may take just 2–4 weeks. We provide a detailed schedule upfront so you always know what to expect.
